This Trickster Build began Essence Drain back in Legion league, and We attempted to ideal Delirium. We have not had ANY problems with this build on any bosses, following finishing Act 10. If this is your league starter, it's going to be a little awkward due to requiring Library quest before you get access to most spell gems/supports. Also, you need to save all your low Poe currency (transmutes/alterations/chances/ALCS) to buy the Gems from the vendor once you've completed the quest.
In this League, the Essence drain was so popular at legion league just because it can clear monoliths very fast. In metaphor, we can get legions from map devices. If you want to farm monoliths, this build is perfect for you. All bosses are at awakening level 8. We killed Sirus with this build at level 8, but the fight wasn't right. We died a couple of times.

Poe Vortex is an instant cast, cooldown based aoe spell that causes an initial small hit and then a cold DoT for its duration. Eznpc Builder are trying to get everything out of this DoT to pretty much melt the maps. We're supporting the skill with Cold Snap, which generates us Frenzy Charges, Frost Bomb, which drops enemies cold resistance and orb of storms/ball lightning/storm brand, which helps us proc our Elemental Overload. Being an occultist causes cursed enemies to pop in satisfying purple clouds and help us clear.
The choice between the two abilities comes down to personal preference, and some enjoy to cast Essence Drain and spread it by having a Contagion cast before you use ED. However, we felt that the approach of using Bane was smoother, faster, and honestly, better in all ways.
This Build uses at league starts until you get your gear up and running for Icicle. The clear on Pyro is sub-par, but the single target is second to none, and it will help you get over the boss hump early on. Pyroclast Mine > Trap and Mine Support > Swift Assembly > Conc Effect > Combustion > Fire Pen. Early on, you may want to use Pyroclast mine as your boss killer and then swap out full-time for Icicle once you have the damage.

For defense, we focus on a highly effective life pool with a lot of regeneration/leech, along with MoM. Our ascendancy adds clear speed through both movement and damage, along with significant defenses including nearly permanent immunity to all status ailments.
This build is Immortal Call No longer makes you immune to physical damage for a duration. Base duration is now 1 second at all gem levels. Now has an instant cast time. Now causes you to take 25% less elemental damage and 25% less physical damage at gem level 1, with the values growing based on the gem level, up to 34% less elemental damage and 35% less physical damage at gem level 20.
You will find several approaches to play cast on crit at the moment, with unique spells frostbolt, ice nova, arc, and weapon and ascendancy possibilities. High base crit daggers with crafted 'Hits can't be evaded' and spell harm mods make it ensure that you do not even require Lycosidae or Assassin, and you can go for any ascendancy, But you lose the more proc from Cospri's. I wanted to play the old cast on crit discharge with Cospri's and not crafted daggers, and I didn't actually find any guides for ascendant that I liked so right here we are.
This is my casual take on Icicle Mines not following any guides and just using the knowledge gathered in few leagues. Thus as a disclaimer, this guide would not be for everyone but more of an inspiration as to what could work. As 3.8 came out with new mines, Icicle mines seemed like a good AOE clear option due to the crit chance build up and in all honesty the sweet sweet sound of enemies shattering into million tiny pieces. As far as the build goes currently, it deals with any pack easily and effortlessly.
In this build guide, I'd like to share my Scion build using Mjolner/CoC/ball lightning. This build can clear maps fast, deal with insane damage, and is tanky. Overall, this build is very strong, and I can recommend it to anyone who has some currency. I'm playing this build as Assassin in this patch. I feel Assassin is better than Scion for this build now because Assassin can get a lot of ms boost. The advantage of Scion is that she can get strength and dex easily.
