This build has beaten some of the hardest endgame content such as guardians, red elder, most of the unique maps in the game, and every Map til T16 for league starter or have little Poe currency. It has 1M+ DPS with a 35C Budget.

Act 6 - Act 7
You survived part 1, and now you made it to part 2. Part 2 lowers your resistance by 30% on all elemental resistances. This is going to hurt quite a bit. On the bright side, our build takes a lot of elemental resistance on the tree, so this won't hurt quite as bad.
In act 6, you want to continue and try to work on getting right defensive gear that has life or resistance. Hopefully, you found a unique by now that will help with damage, if not then keep looking for high physical damage weapons.
Be sure to go to the twilight strand and clear it out! You get a vendor that sells almost every gem in the game. This will allow you to complete the gem links that you may have missed out on.
Just keep on progressing, these last few acts are mostly just for leveling and gearing as you should have all the gems that you need by now. Remember to use ruthless on bosses!
Act 8 - Act 9
Just more leveling and gearing happens in this act. You may hit a soft wall where you can't progress due to gear being weak, if that's the case then go to harbor bridge and farm out for a while. If you press Ctrl + left click on the gateway to a new area, it allows you to make a new instance with new mobs to kill.
At this point, you can do the cruel labyrinth if you want to and probably should, and this will be another massive DPS increase.
Act 9 is concise and pretty straightforward; you shouldn't have any issues here. If you do, Blood aqueduct is the right farming zone.
Act 10 - Endgame
Welcome to the end of the story in PoE (At least for now). This is going to be the hardest boss fight and also the one with the most consequences. You will lose another 30% of all elemental resistances after you kill kitava for the last time. So make sure you do all your labyrinths (including merciless) before killing kitava. A great place to farm if you need gear is the ossuary/blood aqueducts.
If you are reading this, you completed the story in PoE. Recommend you go to act 9 and farm the blood aqueducts for a little for the levels and the gear. This will make the early endgame much less scary and also more rewarding. Feel free to experiment from here on out.
This build has beaten some of the hardest endgame content such as guardians, red elder, most of the unique maps in the game, and every Map til T16 for league starter or have little Poe currency. It has 1M+ DPS with a 35C Budget. You can go cheaper (15c or lower) and get about 600K DPS. If the touch of anguish's is expensive at the start of the league, don't worry. You can safely use two wasp nest until about tier 11+ maps. Shaper may be possible this league. Not 100% sure on this. Will update in time. In Legion has gotten some huge buffs, pushing us to the point of breaking 1 million DPS on super budget gear. Get tons of Dex from the Passive Tree, no need to worry about getting it elsewhere, and you'll need some Str and Int on your gear to be able to use all the gems. The Touch of Anguish is a very cheap and good weapon. This build uses Claws, so if you want to follow the guide's passive tree, stick with claws. There should be some suggestions for leveling gear in the main post. You can use a sword/AXE/mace/any melee weapon to level up if you'd like, remember to switch to Claws when you near endgame.
Brine King and Yugul are the common ones. These are situational, but typically you will run these. If you are new or don't have a lot of experience with pantheons, stick with these.
Alira is an excellent choice early on, up to the very end game. You can respect this at a later point by selling 20 orbs of regret and an onyx amulet to get the Kill All reward, and a lapis amulet to get Alira's bonus. Alira is the default choice, and then we respect if we desperately want the points later.
Alira gives us resists, crit multiplier, and mana regen. The mana regen is less useful due to us getting 15/s from our ascendancy. The resists become less useful as we get high gear. The crit multiplier will always be helpful, but 15% crit multi may or may not be worth two passive points.
