Take this Mana/Life Leech for extra survivability, before you can make use of the Claw cluster in the upper part of the skill tree thanks to Lioneye's Fall.

Build Description

That is relatively basic Poe 3.7 Builds. Build standard bow oriented character which stacks Cold harm. We do this by stacking a ton of Cold flat damage on our gear. We're reaching this by possessing a lot of Abyss Jewels and obtaining the modifier on each of the equipment where it's doable. We also assist our flat cold harm with Frenzy Charges which we get by way of our Blood Rage to help us with some added damage and attack speed. We actively curse enemies for additional penetration with Elemental and Projectile Weakness linked to Curse on Hit at the same time.

Poe Rain of Arrows as a spell has been forgotten by the majority of a player base, largely overshadowed by its poison oriented brother in current leagues, it nevertheless provides a great deal of damage and compatibility if you're willing to commit to it.

Pros & Cons:
+ Works just fine on a budget
+ Scales well with the currency invested
+ Great league starter unless you’re looking for a bosskiller
+ Fairly simple gameplay which still requires maintaining buffs and spells
+ Massive clearspeed
+ Smooth leveling
+ Engaging and fun gameplay
- Can’t do elemental reflection maps, duh
- Relatively squishy
- Can’t do an Uber Elder unless you’re a mechanical god
- Might have issues with bosses on a lower budget
- Requires a fair bit of currency to feel comfortable on red tier maps

Bandits: kill all
For our endgame character, we want to kill all bandits for two extra points to spend on our tree. It's just too huge to pass on.

Ascendancy:
1. Fast and Deadly
2. Far Shot
3. Gathering Winds
4. Rupture

Pantheon:
For Pantheon take whatever floats your boat. It’s not essential. But my personal choices would be:
Major gods:
- Lunaris - for extra map apparent speed and survivability with more tough map enemies
- Solaris - for when you need extra stability on bosses - a personal favorite
- Arakaali - for extra durability and resistance against chaos damage effect
Minor gods:
- Shakari - for being immune to poison effect
- Garukhan - for extra movement speed
- Abberath - for extra movement speed and quality of life with being resistant to burning the ground
