Build Summary
In POE 3.12 Heist, When I search for "Top Tier" within a build I've quite a few requirements that must be met. I want a make that will clear ALL content. It should be enjoyable and engaging, not cost an extraordinary level of currency, and have the capability to be a league starter with the ability to do all content later on as you upgrade and invest within your character. On top of this, it has to have quick movement or move capabilities and not must be concerned about any weird challenges that ruin builds for me. So this Blade-Flurry/Reave Berserker Construct is most effective for POE 3.12 of I feel.

In POE 3.12 Heist, When I search for "Top Tier" within a build I've quite a few requirements that must be met. I want a make that will clear ALL content. It should be enjoyable and engaging, not cost an extraordinary level of currency, and have the capability to be a league starter with the ability to do all content later on as you upgrade and invest within your character. On top of this, it has to have quick movement or move capabilities and not must be concerned about any weird challenges that ruin builds for me. So this Blade-Flurry/Reave Berserker build is most effective for POE 3.12 of I feel. All in all, acquiring a construct that suits me and has all of those points can genuinely be a tall order to fill. Luckily I've perfected the second construct in my series that fits each of the criteria... the Blade-Flurry/Reave physical champion make which fits me just as completely! Hope you all enjoy it!
PROS & CONS:
+ Extremely exciting and engaging construct to play
+ Demonic Reave MTX looks sweet
+ Quite rapidly pace create
+ Amazing movement speed with whirling blades + blitz charges
+ Incredibly big are clear
+ One of the most effective single target dmg gems in the game
+ Impale adds a complete new degree of damage
+ Excellent evasion/dodge/dmg reduction
+ No cost 100% accuracy using a couple of easy crafts
+ Absolutely free fortify on 100% from the time
+ Can do almost all map mods
+ Able to complete all content
+ Wonderful defensive capabilities
+ Easy/Cheap to gear with area for numerous improvements as you get more currency
- All Reflect OR Phys Reflect maps aren't possible
- Is often quite pricey to fully min/max yourself for end game gear

BANDITS:
Help Alira for the 5 mana regen/s, 15 to all resists, and 20% crit multi. Respec in the endgame to get the +2 passive points as it outshines alira.

MAIN SKILL:
Blade Flurry & Reave
