Build Description

INTRO:
This is a rough rendition of the build guide. I will be making edits frequently feel free to ask any questions. This is a build built around the berserker blitz mechanic completely mitigating the downside of less crit by using using wands. Inspired by the shield charge change that allows use of wands.
