Build Summary
Path of Exile Shrapnel Shot now comes with two additional projectiles, giving a close-range focus to the Skill. It also has added lightning damage that grows as the gem levels. Be very careful with rare enemies with reflective aura, the damage done is extreme and you can die, Eznpc Builder died one time. Do not use the cone damage to kill, just the arrow.

Build Description
Path of Exile Shrapnel Shot is now called Galvanic Arrow, making the Lightning theme more obvious and differentiating the Skill from the new Shrapnel Ballista. The Skill still has a Damage cone, but its projectiles are now limited range, traveling a base distance of 40 before projectile speed modifiers (which is about twice the range of Cleave). The Skill now comes with two additional projectiles, giving a close-range focus to the Skill. It also has added lightning damage that grows as the gem levels.
This build Use Blood Rage and run around the map cleaning up a lot (take care because that this build you use Vaal Pact). Be careful with this style of game in hardcore; be more cautious. Multiply all these values by three if you use Collateral Damage, and the enemy is in the cone area. For all this damage, I am not counting Hrimburn's ignite damage, nor the possibility of applying shock to enemies by the physical to the lightning conversion of Shrapnel Shot or Herald of Ash and Ice on kill effect.
