In POE 3.9, Tornado Shot has been a ubiquitous bow skill for some time now, with its mechanics allowing both high single target damage and large area spread, while being very flexible in how it built. We want to keep the flexibility while making sure the skill doesn't excel in every aspect. This Build takes on the Tornado Shot speed clear Build. Eznpc Builder enjoys the rate and has been playing different variants of the MF Tornado shot for multiple leagues. This Build is generally more budget-friendly so more people can use it and you can start the Build faster! The main expensive items this Build is avoiding is Rigwald's Quills, Bisco's Leash, and Devoto's Devotion. Although Windripper and Lioneye's Fall may be pricey, it is well worth it!
