In POE 3.9, The number of Blast Rain explosions is now affected by the number of projectiles the skill fires. For quiver, there are three options: signal fire, Asphyxia, or good roll spike point quiver. While signal fire gives us more DPS in most cases against high fire-resistant mobs, Asphyxia is a better choice. Spike point, on the other hand, delivers much-needed hp at a price of slightly less damage.

Build Description
In POE 3.9, The number of Blast Rain explosions is now affected by the number of projectiles the skill fires. This means that additional missiles are now a significant damage multiplier, similar to how additional missiles affect Barrage. This will make its focussed damage much more competitive with other bow skills. It is very similar to the grapnel shot. Our primary weapon will be Chin Sol. The chest piece is a Tinker skin. For the headpiece, we will use alphas howl to run our auras. For quiver, there are three options: signal fire, Asphyxia, or good roll spike point quiver. While signal fire gives us more DPS in most cases against high fire-resistant mobs, Asphyxia is a better choice. Spike point, on the other hand, delivers much-needed hp at a price of slightly less damage.
Pros:
+ Pretty much permanent phasing with max frenzy and power charges.
+ Can quickly heal to full hp even without flasks.
+ Immune to elemental ailments while phasing.
+ Relatively cheap Poe Currency no uber-expensive uniques in basic version as its fully playable without signal fire.
Cons:
- Evasion=squishy.
- Get good at dodging.
- Slow without frenzy charges.

Choose any you like as they come across. Eznpc Builder like physical damage reduction and movement speed, but there are no make or break options here. Just preferences.
