Build Description
In Poe 3.9, Lancing Steel has a base attack time multiplier of 85% (from 80%). deals 135% of base damage at gem level 1 (from 130%), up to 180% at gem level 20 (from 175%). Grants 1% increased Impale Effect per 1% gem quality (from 1% chance to Impale per 2% gem quality). This Builds with the new passive tree reworks for the champ; you can get even greater damage. There are impale nodes on the tree as well to get a 100% to impale chance. The 20% less attack speed is balanced out by the massive 169 added physical, resulting in a net of +23% more damage overall.
Pros:
+ High dps Due to shotgunning (all projectiles hitting the same target)
+ High mobility speed with Leap Slam
+ Good Clear speed
+ High defense with champion + Molten shell
+ Budget-friendly
+ Upclose and personal Playstyle
+ High leech
Cons:
- Struggles With life plateauing at around 5.5-6k at level 90
- Need to be super close (read inside) bosses to do max DPS

You can still get the 50% increased life recovery by using the turning of righteous fire then immediately popping a burn immunity flask, so you've stopped taking damage over time recently
