Build Description
PoE Herald of Agony is a herald skill gem. When activated, it reserves mana and grants a buff that provides a likelihood to inflict poison on enemies. Anytime the user poisons an enemy, it grants Virulence and summons an Agony Crawler minion, which becomes stronger with far more stacks of Virulence. Herald of Agony, it can quickly deal 500k dps without much scaling at all. All you need to do is keep the Virulence stacks up, and all is good. Poison stacks are kept up with Storm Brand linked with Poison and Lesser poison supports. Eznpc Builder also uses The Golden Rule to self-poison, which increases our chaos res and also gives us more Virulence stacks.
Pros:
+ Very high life
+ Very high Phys mitigation
+ Very high ele mitigation
+ Decent chaos mitigation (+/- 20% res + 5% pantheon)
+ Chill most enemies
+ ~35% life regen/sec
+ Fortify (with Vigilant Strike)
+ You can focus on dodging attacks while your minion does damage
Cons:
- Expensive
- Clearspeed is only ok; could be better
- Can't do "No regen" maps

Pantheons depend on what content you are doing. We usually go with Soul of Solaris for the Major Pantheon And Ralakesh for the Minor Pantheon.
