Build Description
INTRO:
In Path of Exile 3.8, if you want a build that can clear all content, not cost an extraordinary amount of currency, and have the ability to be a league starter with the ability to do all content later on as you upgrade and invest into your This build has fast movement or move skills and not have to worry about any weird issues that ruin builds for me.
In Path of Exile Different passives, different items, crit based now, uses eternity shroud and lots of conversions. Changed auras, switched a few gems, took out duration stuff. Make sure to look at latest POB link and info as the gear section will be out of date. That being said this skill was nerfed a decent amount in POE 3.8. The most notable being its projectile frequency went from .8 seconds to 1.6 seconds, however, if you are holding and channeling winter orb it goes back to the .8 seconds. Duration was changed a lot as well so now you don't really get the 12-second orb and have to channel it more. Overall the nerfs were honestly needed and the build is not ruined at all.
PROS & CONS:
+ Very fun and engaging build to play
+ Very fast pace build
+ Incredibly fast movement speed with phase run + quicksilver
+ Flame Dash with faster casting to jump gaps/cliffs
+ Great Aoe Clear and super fun playstyle
+ Able to do strong burst single target damage which shreds map bosses
+ Incredibly fun self crafting on tons of gear pieces
+ Can do almost all map mods
+ Able to do all content
+ Extremely high defensive capabilities
+ Immune to corrupting blood
+ Free Arcane Surge
+ Easy/Cheap to gear with room for lots of improvements as you get more currency
- Ele Reflect maps are NOT possible
- Physical Reflect maps are best to be avoided
- Hexproff AND no regen on same map should be avoided.
- Can be decently expensive to fully min/max yourself for end game gear especially for getting a shaped pyre ring
