This build is friendly to this league, solo-self-found viable, and comprehensive Storm Brand Inquisitor guide. It's a really strong build and I would love to hear opinions. The leveling section in this guide is meant to take players with a fresh install or in a fresh league and get them into maps and started on a powerful character. Interested readers can find gear priority, stat suggestions, mechanics explanations, and a whole bunch of links that might be useful for newer players.
This build is ED+Bane Build on 3.7 Legion Content since this is currently the second most popular skill for the league. As everyone figured would be the case, this skill combo absolutely wrecks the league mechanic. It’s not quite as strong in the multiple army emblem encounters as it is in the map monoliths, but combined with being a strong/cheap league starter, it’s a great all-around choice.
This build guide is easy to follow and this build decided to make a guide on a blade flurry berserker. The build mainly focuses on insane attack speed via the berserker's ascendancies along with high crit chance pretty much allowing us to kill most rares before they could even breathe. This build goes full physical damage, using the brutality gem which allows us to abuse the impale mechanic. The impale mechanic at 100% chance to impale, gives us around 100% more damage with a tiny bit of investment to the tree and mana. This build is not a Hardcore build but can easily be transitioned to a hardcore build by going the more tankier ascendencies such as jugg etc.
This is a CI berserker build using KB. This is my first build guide, just made it because I didn't see anyone play any build like this with Berserker. We can take advantage of using rage without any downside, also we get 40% more damage. In order to not die from rage when you are CI you have to get at least 1-2 flat regen somewhere in your gear - You will die slowly without this
This Build can quickly clear maps up to 16 on a budget. The two uniques you seriously will need cost one chaos Orb right after the very first couple of days of a league. On the other hand, This Build produced quite a little currency in the memory nexus and delved as This Build progressed.
We abuse the mod "life acquire for every enemy hit by your attack" with all the molten strike balls. Each ball that hits a monster grant us Instant life and with 14 shots per swing multiplied by ~12.5 attacks per sec we get TONS of life.the removal of min crit chance cap will not affect us given that we're not using something that lowers our crit opportunity.
In 3.6, some changes affect the build slightly. Leech has changed, but over-leech is still broken regardless. We can remedy this problem a bit more with getting more life, which we already have a crap ton of and especially so if you use Kaom's Heart. Do not be too discouraged. The build still works as intended even with this nerf. The build remains dumb cheap, and we have one of the best if not best and reliable ways to generate Frenzy charges and sustain.
