This is my THICC Jugg build in POE 3.8. You may be thinking that this has been done to death, and you would be right. But, I found that most super tanky Jugg's tended to either be Lab farmers because they did not have the dps for bosses, or were high dps glass cannons that relied only on the ascendancies for protection. As someone who usually only plays minion builds and with the "melee patch" of 3.7, I wanted to make an unkillable boss killer/map farmer. And, I think I have done just that, and for much cheaper than I thought I would.
There are many Molten Strike guides out there, probably with more damage too. But they are focusing on damage too much and it hurts the build in other aspects. So I made my own build that fits my playstyle without compromising too much (if any) on the damage. After watching and analyzing more MS builds, I can safely say that mine is among the highest DPS ones.
If you're looking for bow build that may be significantly larger in defense although still possessing insane harm this build achieves just that. This build guide requires you by way of what to acquire and when to acquire it, it's just about the most efficient leveling path that you can take. Passive trees are posted around the google doc for what I recommend for leveling. This build pushes the limits of defense and DPS that a bow build can reach. It can be conveniently the strongest build I have ever league started as along with the tankiest bow character I have ever played.
In POE 3.8 changes are almost negligible to the build, only tempered flesh is affected because the Strength cluster nodes have been moved away from its range. Brutal restraints will be harder to obtain. Simple, Champion has +2 maximum impale on enemies, more added Phys damage based on the number of impaling stacks on the enemy. Banner reservation requires no mana, which allows us to run all the auras required. Pulverise got nerfed in terms of aoe, but gives a higher damage multiplier, this increases dps by roughly 20% but reduces aoe by around 25-30%.
This Guide is always WIP as im playing LA every league not exclusive though. I'll add stuff from time to time. Its a pretty default softcore bow build using the generic offensive and defensive slayer perks and some abyssal/league specific items. That bow builds, in general, tend to be a bit harder as a league starter. If you want to play a bow char anyways you can try my build and I'll try to help you through the leveling by answering questions and providing some of my experiences.
The guide is divided into two main sections. The initial section discusses "budget" wanding viable for temp leagues even though the second section discusses higher dps min-maxing in the common. I wrote this guide for the reason that I wanted to supply an alternative way of developing a wander and to assist do away with the stigma surrounding Phy's conversion wanding. I also wanted to shift the neighborhood away from believing lots of on the myths about Phys wanding that was perhaps correct years ago, but are now completely misleading, however, continue to be circulated.
In POE 3.8 league, This build is like any attack hit. It's pretty low damage since it's only 50-72.8 of base damage. Lasts 1 second by default and does chaos damage over time. However! , it can be scaled with Increased Duration and Skill Effect Duration, as well as Concentrated Effect and a lot of different gems like Swift Affliction and Efficacy. Last the most interesting cause it does around 60 to 80% of our damage Explosions do area damage hits and, of the cause, scale with your weapon damage.
Welcome to my Toxic Rain guide. I think its a phenomenal build because it does not require a lot of gear to get started and progresses nicely as you invest more into it. As a player, I always liked builds that go fast. I prefer movement speed over move skills because I really dislike mashing a button to move and move speed makes looting so much smoother. Turns out that movement speed also makes delve and labs a cakewalk so that's that!
How does developing function in a nutshell? We spin with cyclone, our weapon is generating 'Molten Burst' very comparable projectiles that Molten Strike is creating, which scale with area damage, fire damage, elemental damage, and so forth. together with the current adjustments to cyclone's AOE radius and much more ways to get Weapon Range, it's very straightforward to obtain high AOE coverage for smooth mapping. Lastly, we use Vaal haste to get even more speed and new talent 'Dash' to close the gap.
This build was heavily inspired by Mathil and a major thanks to him for enlightening me with this build. Today I present to you all a Lightning Damage based Scourge Arrow/Lightning Arrow Archer. I started playing halfway through the Legacy League and have only played Ranger. I'm playing Betrayal and I've kept a mini-journal below if you would like to follow along with my progress with this build. This build will be the only build I will play this League to see how much potential it has in the Temp Leagues. I have tried cold-based Archers previously, but this build was my first build that was able to complete all of the Endgame content.
This build, however, isn’t easily juiced a-la Big Streamer to use HH and Inspired Learning. I’ve been playing PoE for about two years now, and magic find is something I always return to once a league in various forms. This specific build I’ve geared in three different leagues and is a favorite of mine. I always run an MF character every league because I just keep coming back to the chill playstyle and the comfort that comes from running a bunch of maps at a low investment with tons of herald of ice shatters.
Ice Shot has been buffed, making this build even more insane, and much easier as a league starter. This is a very simple explanation of how chaining works and can get you insane clears. The difference between +2 and +3 is more noticeable than +3 to +4 but will leave one standing now and then.
In POE 3.8, Most of the time you run around throwing Kinetic Blasts and it does the job. For super tough bosses you will be using a 6L Barrage in a separate chest to effectively wipe them out in seconds. Kinetic Blast has been nerfed twice. The goal of the build was to create a tanky, high dps character capable to do ALL content, and not just silly currency farming. The basic goal was to achieve at least 1 million shaper dps on KB, but eventually, I surpassed it and now sitting on 2 million KB dps as well as almost 5 million for Barrage.
In Path of Exile 3.8 league, This build is not a league starter, it is designed to push the bow character to its limits, and to pose as an alternative to PHYS bow builds. The core of this build is to shift how you look at dexterity. Instead of seeing it as some negligible buff to accuracy or evasion, or meeting requirements for your equipment, we are going to convert the attributes found on our gear to flat damage.
Hi All, so this can be my league starter for 3.8. Will wait and see how mist walker performs to truly see if it really is worth taking over one more. For essentially the most aspect, there are not a great deal of enormous modifications, not getting access towards the timeless jewels as early will make obtaining to obtain dex a bit of discomfort but after you get a Brutal Restraint, you're set for dex.
This build I have many requirements that must be met. I want a build that can clear ALL content. It must be FUN and ENGAGING, not cost an extraordinary amount of currency, and have the ability to be a league starter with the ability to do all content later on as you upgrade and invest into your character. On top of this, it must have fast movement or move skills and not have to worry about any weird issues that ruin builds for me.
In Path of Exile 3.8 league, This is typical Toxic Rain develop with my personal spin on factors. The build is incredibly tanky, decent life pool, and has great damage and clear speed. This guide needs to be rather comprehensive, so if I left anything out, just ask within the comments. I also added some example calculations in the bottom if you would like to calculate your own DPS.
Welcome to my Pathfinder Toxic Rain guide. This is the first time I write a build guide so things might be missing. I will be actively maintaining it until 3.8 releases. I will also try to add some videos of the build once it is posted. I have been tuning this build for the past two leagues (Synthesis/Legion) and I've cleared all the regular content with it. I think its a phenomenal build because it does not require a lot of gear to get started and progresses nicely as you invest more into it.
This specific build I’ve geared in three different leagues and is a favorite of mine. Magic find is something I always return to once a league in various forms. The purpose of this character is for Magic Find Only. It can do all tiers with investment, including Eldered T16s, but like most MF, struggles with bosses. You can likely kill map bosses up to T10 or so, depending on your gear. The changes to Rares having more health make things a bit risky in Red maps, but it's still definitely doable with some gear changes.
This build is standard Toxic Rain build with my own spin on things. The build is incredibly tanky, decent life pool, and has great damage and clear speed. This guide should be rather comprehensive, so if I left anything out, just ask in the comments. The build remains relatively unchanged, however with the difference in league content, some differences might be warranted.
