This build uses non-meta (maces) 2 Handed weapons, and a couple of uniques that are currently underused. Gearing with rares is easy as well; get good life rolls on all gear (50-75+) along with capping resists (6 endurance charges also helps here). Intelligence and Dexterity can be a bottleneck for gear/skills, so feel free to add those to your gears, or pick up some of the +30 nodes on the tree in the meantime.
Poe Cluster Jewels are a new way of modifying the skill tree. They are a better version of the Historic Jewels. Instead of relying on RNG to get the desired mods, you can now use crafting. This opens up a vast array of possibilities. As you can see, there are a lot of them that can be useful to us. Don't forget, though, that getting those nodes requires skill points, so you will have to remove them from other nodes. For now, This Build not going to modify the skill tree.

This build allows for some pretty cost-efficient options, as well as being viable with low investment and has infinite room to improve damage and survivability. Since Cyclone hits fast, it can be hard to sustain mana only through leech.
The build is fast, funny and effective, and it's decent also in delve (at 430 tho, not sure can go deeper) the bleeding damage is fantastic - we got around one million for stack - but the point is: it is amusing. We had to run Uber Elder with the Rain of arrows instead of Puncture cause we couldn't survive the pain of my laptop. Still, all video gives at least the idea of the build.
I do not claim my guide to be original or the best or even this build to be super-efficient in Poe 3.8. I write guides mostly because I'm fond of my characters and I'd like to share them. This is my Ice Crash it all Juggernaut build guide. I reached level 94 in the incursion league and melting endgame content atm. The build can reach about 1,5 - 2,5m Shaper dps and is still pretty tanky because of the Juggernaut Ascendancy and other defense mechanics we can reach high physical damage reduction. The build also freezes nearly everything because of heavy hits with cold damage.
This is my THICC Jugg build in POE 3.8. You may be thinking that this has been done to death, and you would be right. But, I found that most super tanky Jugg's tended to either be Lab farmers because they did not have the dps for bosses, or were high dps glass cannons that relied only on the ascendancies for protection. As someone who usually only plays minion builds and with the "melee patch" of 3.7, I wanted to make an unkillable boss killer/map farmer. And, I think I have done just that, and for much cheaper than I thought I would.
This really is a pure Phys impale crit champion. Because of the buffs to pure Phys is 3.eight we're totally Phys now. Impale is truly fantastic for single target. Creating this guide out of requests. This build is just let them kill themselves! No need to press anything, not even the flasks! This is probably the craziest build I've done during the Legion. Expected to be a meme, but turned out to be super strong against everything. The reckoning has been there for a while, but it has never been as strong as it is now, with all melee and accuracy as well as flat damage buffs.
