Each supported spell skill will track damage you take, and be triggered when the total damage taken reaches a threshold. Cannot support skills used by totems, traps, or mines. Vaal skills, channelling skills, and skills that reserve mana cannot be triggered.

This is a Support Gem. It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets connected to it. Place into an item socket connected to a socket containing the Active Skill Gem you wish to augment. Right click to remove from a socket.

In Poe Metamorph League, Shrapnel Shot is called Galvanic Arrow, making the Lightning theme more obvious and differentiating the Skill from the new Shrapnel Ballista. This build clears and walks extremely fast, and you could remove a whole map with less than 20 times of you casting your blade vortex. You could remove Maps with ease, just cast and walk, then you already completed the Map. The only thing that will slow you is picking up items
Poe Frenzy is an attack that grants frenzy charges on hit and also gets massive bonuses from them. Frenzy is not the only skill that allows frenzy charges, but it is an excellent way to build them quickly. Originally Eznpc Builder started with Carrion Golems, and the build was high, not going to lie. The only issue was it was still a bit laggy sometimes. So Spectres sounded like my best bet, and Slave Drivers are super easy on performance as they have just one pure middle-range skill.
Blink Arrow is an attack that fires an arrow, upon reaching the destination teleported there, and a clone summoned at your previous location. THAT IS NOT A BUDGET BUILD! However, you can easily make this better than the Resolute Technique build without having to spend much more. this build work is to alt spam for just the double damage mod and imprint -> regal -> annul until left with only the double Damage on rare base.
Poe Caustic Arrow is a bow attack that fires an arrow dealing with chaos damage and spreading caustic ground. Trickster also has some enormous DoT damage boost in the Ascendancy, which works well with CA. All these combined results in probably the safest character we ever played with moderate single target damage and impressive apparent speed.
For everyone saying the build didn't get nerfed, you are wrong. We lost a 200% more multiplier because the whole league there was a bug that caused the fork to make barrage and tornado shot to hit a mob three times instead of one with each attack. The +2 to +1 tornado shot helm change kind of sucks because you could craft +1 Tornado shot helms on a budget.
In terms of 3.9 Conquerors of the Altas, Scourge Arrow's base weapon damage has been lowered, but the skill now deals added Chaos Damage that grows as the gem levels. The skill was often used with builds adding elemental damage, so this change is intended to give it a greater reward to Chaos damage based builds while also improving its usability while leveling. This guide is a work in progress and you should expect things to be tweaked in the coming day, especially once I have a chance to play around with Inspiration in practice to determine if it is really worth slotting in our main gem links.
Poe Toxic Rain is an attack skill where the user fires multiple arrows in the air, which land and drop spores, dealing with chaos damage. This Build takes on a Toxic Rain based Trickster, which focuses on damage output through the Plague Bearer gem. The original concept of the Build was to utilize plague bearer AND Death's oath armor aura. However, Death's oath aura provided so little damage, and it became much more valuable to get the extra HP. Also, plague bearer melts all mobs instantly while mapping anyways.
The build is very defensive, fast clearing as well as being relatively budget. Offensively, on a budget, you are looking at around 1M single-target DPS, with the potential to rise to 2-3M+ with new currency and changes. At level 89, This build has 6k Life, 20k Armour, 24% Dodge, 77/76/76 resistances, Blind, and a lot more other defensive layers. With the +6 arrows from Split Arrow, +2-3 from the helm enchant, and +2 from Arborix, the AoE coverage is great for this build.
with this build, you will be leveling with Toxic Rain as it is super smooth. After leveling, you can switch to Scourge Arrow. Important! The gems we are using for Toxic Rain leveling are not all the same as we will be using after we migrate to Scourge Arrow. Check the end of the Gem Progression section for details.
In POE 3.9, The number of Blast Rain explosions is now affected by the number of projectiles the skill fires. For quiver, there are three options: signal fire, Asphyxia, or good roll spike point quiver. While signal fire gives us more DPS in most cases against high fire-resistant mobs, Asphyxia is a better choice. Spike point, on the other hand, delivers much-needed hp at a price of slightly less damage.
In POE 3.9, Ice Shot is having its chilled ground removed, as changes to calculations of Chill and Shock will make it much easier to apply Chill to a target equivalent to the slow that was previously granted by Chilled Ground.
Path of Exile Shrapnel Shot now comes with two additional projectiles, giving a close-range focus to the Skill. It also has added lightning damage that grows as the gem levels. Be very careful with rare enemies with reflective aura, the damage done is extreme and you can die, Eznpc Builder died one time. Do not use the cone damage to kill, just the arrow.
With Explosive Arrow can snapshot the first arrow connected, so if swapping for a +3 bow for the single target can hit it once then quill rain it 4 times to stack the charges faster and the damage will be as if you stacked 5x with the +3 bow.

Since you start as a witch, you can level with any spell that you like, We would recommend leveling with any new game fire spell gem until you can use Detonate dead and volatile dead if you are lucky to get a poet's pen you will hit maps pretty soon. We would not recommend switching to Explosive arrow until you have at least a 5l quill rain and proliferation from ascendancy.
In Poe 3.9, I've returned and after testing the build as my league starter, overhauled the guide significantly. This build takes advantage of many different damage bonuses that combine together to create solid damage output without needing crit or damage conversion.
The build is fast, funny and effective, and it's decent also in delve (at 430 tho, not sure can go deeper) the bleeding damage is fantastic - we got around one million for stack - but the point is: it is amusing. We had to run Uber Elder with the Rain of arrows instead of Puncture cause we couldn't survive the pain of my laptop. Still, all video gives at least the idea of the build.
This guide will cover the basics of cyclone dual-wielding paradoxical and using the impale mechanic. This build should be very cheap in 3.9 with everyone playing Bow/Wand and to a lesser extent Necro. The only problematic point might be getting a watcher's eye with Impale. I will league start this build and probably try Assassin/Raider to be safe.
Before you ask for help with your characters, please consult the Starter, and Endgame PoBs for the guide. So far, most of the characters we have seen from people needing help are not following my suggested tree closely enough and dropping too many defenses or life for more damage.
Phy's conversion bowyers were once the most overplayed meta build in all of POE; pretty much every veteran of the game can recall the pre 3.0 days of Signal Shot CI instant leech build dominating the meta. Sadly, with nerfs to Vaal Pact, Vinktar, Reach of the Council, etc. this archetype has since faded into obscurity, at least in temp leagues. The ultimate guide about Phy's conversion bows that I could find hasn't updated since 3.3. This Build uses a bow with great physical flat damage and converts all of it into cold damage.
