Poe Concentrated Effect Support Builds
List Poe Builds With Concentrated Effect Support.
In Poe 3.9, Poe Discharge No longer has a target limit (previously limited to 30 targets). This build uses Kingsguard for heavy 'life leech,' but this means that we need to gain power charges from something other than Volls reliably. To do this, Eznpc Builder uses double with '#% chance to gain a Power Charge on Critical Strike,' along with a lvl 20 Power Charge on Crit support.
Poe Frenzy is an attack that grants frenzy charges on hit and also gets massive bonuses from them. Frenzy is not the only skill that allows frenzy charges, but it is an excellent way to build them quickly. Originally Eznpc Builder started with Carrion Golems, and the build was high, not going to lie. The only issue was it was still a bit laggy sometimes. So Spectres sounded like my best bet, and Slave Drivers are super easy on performance as they have just one pure middle-range skill.
In POE 3.9, Ice Shot is having its chilled ground removed, as changes to calculations of Chill and Shock will make it much easier to apply Chill to a target equivalent to the slow that was previously granted by Chilled Ground.
I do not claim my guide to be original or the best or even this build to be super-efficient in Poe 3.8. I write guides mostly because I'm fond of my characters and I'd like to share them. Updated tree and pob. Everything else stays the same. Please let me know if you guys see anything off in the guide. Updates are annoying and tedious to do sometimes.
This is a beginner-friendly, league-starter viable, solo-self-found viable, and comprehensive Leap Slam Inquisitor guide. The leveling section in this guide is meant to take players with a fresh install or in a fresh league and get them into maps and started on a powerful character. Interested readers can find gear priority, stat suggestions, mechanics explanations, and a whole bunch of links that might be useful for newer players. But also not be lacking in other aspects of the game and also not be a meta one, so it will be cheaper to do.
This build stacks a shit ton of Strength! We utilize 3 unique items that give us crazy bonuses for each point of Strength: So from Geofri's Sanctuary, we get a crazy amount of flat Energy Shield, from Shaper's Touch gloves we get huge %Energy Shield increase and lastly from Doon Cuebiyari we get over 300% Increase Damage boost. We use Blade Vortex as it is a very strong skill that scales with our % Damage Increase and Chieftain Ascendancy nodes. I've also tried Armageddon Brand and it was fun but for me personally was lacking single target damage. Vaal Righteous Fire is used to get some extra damage when finishing bosses.
In POE 3.8 Blight league, Chieftain will have higher top-end damage, which tbh doesn't really matter much in this age of billions of dps. However, if you're looking for a build that exploits the TC - Valako interaction, this is the place to be. This build is a good choice for fire-based attack builds tectonic slam in particular because of the node Valako, Storm's embrace. It gives up to 15% more damage based on endurance charge consumption. TC consumes endurance charges.
This build uses the Facebreaker Gloves which means we play unarmed - you get all the info you need here: Warcry Heal 25% life and mana, which means no reg maps aren't really a problem. Since 3.7 you only need normal/cruel/merc lab. the uber lab is optional. Totems are immune to Fire, which means with Avatar of Fire they are full reflect immune. So if you just want to map I suggest picking the chieftain. And if you just want to farm the Labyrinth I suggest the Berserker.
This is my Ice Crash it all Juggernaut build guide. I reached level 94 in the incursion league and melting endgame content atm. The build can reach about 1,5 - 2,5m Shaper dps and is still pretty tanky because of the Juggernaut Ascendancy and other defense mechanics we can reach high physical damage reduction. The build also freezes nearly everything because of heavy hits with cold damage.
This is my THICC Jugg build in POE 3.8. You may be thinking that this has been done to death, and you would be right. But, I found that most super tanky Jugg's tended to either be Lab farmers because they did not have the dps for bosses, or were high dps glass cannons that relied only on the ascendancies for protection. As someone who usually only plays minion builds and with the "melee patch" of 3.7, I wanted to make an unkillable boss killer/map farmer. And, I think I have done just that, and for much cheaper than I thought I would.
This really is a pure Phys impale crit champion. Because of the buffs to pure Phys is 3.eight we're totally Phys now. Impale is truly fantastic for single target. Creating this guide out of requests. Melee meta op. Reave is great for clear, does not drop all of the stacks at once and does more damage now. BF has always been one of several highest single target expertise in the game and now it has been buffed and has far more QoL. This guide is with legacy gear. Legacy abyssus and lion's roar. Utilizing normal versions won't be considerable of a difference when your dps is in shapers/second.
The guide is divided into 2 sections: In the first section, I've described a budget version with all the explanations of the mechanics. You can start the league and do all the content. You easily can run all t15 maps, Guardians, Shaper, and farm currency. In the second section, you'll find an improved version of the build, with more expensive gear. You can easily run all the bosses. Even uber-atziri/uber-elder.
This build includes the leveling trees & the ability to swap between the budget and expensive version of the character's gear in the items section. It is easily the strongest build I have ever league started as and the tankiest bow character I have ever played. The intention of this build is to create a cheap, simple and effective uber lab farmer. This is a monkey maker build.
Sunderman build is usually a mixture of easiness to play and having the ability to do many of the endgame stuff at a high-efficiency because it really is super quickly clearspeed. It's an all-round construct developed to perform your everyday stuff like mapping, delving, incursions, uber labs, betrayal, red elder and so forth. effectively. It's also super easy to manage, a total noob friendly build. Even when you haven't played Path of Exile prior to, and even any action RPG game just before, you'll have no troubles managing this create.
That is a build that could clear all content material (maps/shaper/lab/atziri + ubers and so forth). It has to be entertaining and engaging, not cost an extraordinary level of currency, and possess the ability to be a league starter using the capability to do all content material later on as you upgrade and invest into your character. On prime of this, it should have quick movement or move capabilities and not must worry about any weird issues that ruin builds for me (which include operating out of mana, dying to random one-shots, not lacking in single target capability, etc, and so forth).
You will find several approaches to play cast on crit at the moment, with unique spells frostbolt, ice nova, arc, and weapon and ascendancy possibilities. High base crit daggers with crafted 'Hits can't be evaded' and spell harm mods make it ensure that you do not even require Lycosidae or Assassin, and you can go for any ascendancy, But you lose the more proc from Cospri's. I wanted to play the old cast on crit discharge with Cospri's and not crafted daggers, and I didn't actually find any guides for ascendant that I liked so right here we are.
This build is Starforge Cyclone Slayer in POE 3.8, This really is a pure physical cyclone create. It really is truly quickly and mobile, simple to play, has excellent clear speed and actually great sustain thanks to slayer leech. I don't claim my guide to be original or the very best or even this make to become super-efficient. I create guides largely due to the fact I am fond of my characters and I'd prefer to share them.
In POE 3.8 league, This build is like any attack hit. It's pretty low damage since it's only 50-72.8 of base damage. Lasts 1 second by default and does chaos damage over time. However! , it can be scaled with Increased Duration and Skill Effect Duration, as well as Concentrated Effect and a lot of different gems like Swift Affliction and Efficacy. Last the most interesting cause it does around 60 to 80% of our damage Explosions do area damage hits and, of the cause, scale with your weapon damage.
That is my first build guide produced for PoE along with the purpose of the guide is usually to share my make, my knowledge, and the points I learned along the way. This guide is extremely complete and interested readers can find data on anything from detailed gearing options to explanations of unique game mechanics. As advertised, this build is capable of performing all current content in the game and I personally use this build as an attempted and correct league starter to progress by means of the story and comprehensive my atlas.
This build is played storm brand in many ways. Life, CI, LL. I hate totems so I've stayed away from Hiero to get a lengthy time, but brands are less boring so here we're. This can be a pretty normal caster build. EB, max out EHP, HP, and ES sustained through leech. Completely ignore mana leech/regen lead to it is too annoying to have. Playstyle is stupidly quick. You play brands and run about pressing Brand recall near enemies while everything dies.
