Since you start as a witch, you can level with any spell that you like, We would recommend leveling with any new game fire spell gem until you can use Detonate dead and volatile dead if you are lucky to get a poet's pen you will hit maps pretty soon. We would not recommend switching to Explosive arrow until you have at least a 5l quill rain and proliferation from ascendancy.

For defense, we focus on a highly effective life pool with a lot of regeneration/leech, along with MoM. Our ascendancy adds clear speed through both movement and damage, along with significant defenses including nearly permanent immunity to all status ailments.
Incredible buffs to this build. Big buffs to our lightning/stone/chaos golems' damage. Massive buffs to golem effectiveness, life regen, Phy's dmg reduction, attack/cast speed, etc. Debating the effectiveness of adding the new golem. Vis Mortis now is a much higher damage chest option but would lose tons of ES. Honestly, so many summoners change that I might need to rewrite most, if not all of this guide. This might be a challenge as I am planning on necro mass summoner for this league.

In Poe 3.7 Legion, This specter summoner build is designed to give you good defenses, movement speed, and big DPS. It is a cheap league starter that can clear Shaper/Uber Elder. The build can also be scaled and customized to your own liking and playstyle. The 'league starter' is for people who are new to PoE, specter summoners or are just interested in the build. With a modest amount of currency, you will have a character able to kill Uber Elder.
That is a friendly starter league Build. It can do Any map mod and kill Any boss, Leveling, mapping, and progressing the Build feels smooth. No uniques items are essential as this Build is exceptional for a league begin
This Build Using Ngamahu's Flame AXE, our Charged Dash will spew out Molten Burst to add extra damage. Using Berserker Ascendancy gives us TONS of attack speed that scales Charged Dash damage, movement speed, and quality of Life very well.
This build uses a combination of blocking and health regain to mitigate the incoming hits. Block recovery animation for blocking a hit that would stun does count as actually being stunned.
I wanted to try a different approach to RF after playing a lot of jugg RF, the way this all is done may not be the best way as you can't use movement skills or any other skill apart from CWDT and RF. Saying that I'm having a lot of fun with it and also it's great for getting used to flask management from someone who tends to neglect them.
A potential future upgrade could be a crafted sword with the endurance charge on the block, though crafting is expensive for me and I don't have the correct Veiled mods yet. Might be able to extend "life" pool a little bit with MoM and making some adjustments to ES allocation. This might mean swapping out shield charge for Riposte to make sure fortify is always up.
