In POE 3.9, Burning Arrow has a new mechanic that applies an additional stacking Burning effect whenever it ignites, dealing a portion of the ignite damage. Upgrade to a Kaom's as soon as you have the strength and currency. Also, leveling with a CwDT - Immortal Call - Increased Duration setup helps increase survivability until you get gear and levels.
Poe Elemental Hit is an attack skill, executing a primary attack that deals with added damage of a random element in an area. Elemental Hit can be performed with any weapon, or with no evidence equipped. In This Build Elemental hits damage mostly scales itself, it mainly scales with gem levels, so you don't need too much % damage to explicit endgame content comfortably.
Welcome to my Toxic Rain guide. I think its a phenomenal build because it does not require a lot of gear to get started and progresses nicely as you invest more into it. As a player, I always liked builds that go fast. I prefer movement speed over move skills because I really dislike mashing a button to move and move speed makes looting so much smoother. Turns out that movement speed also makes delve and labs a cakewalk so that's that!
In POE 3.8, Scourge Arrow is a very powerful skill. Like Volatile Dead and other similar abilities, its AoE damage is powerful enough there is no need for a single target as well. With the upcoming changes to Scourge Arrow’s projectiles, there will be no more annoying clipping through doorways and hallways, leaving it up to you if you’d like to add in a Rain of Arrows secondary link for clear. This build can do all content! Though not extremely impressive in Delves 500+ with patience you could hit 600 for End Game Grinds.
Welcome to my Pathfinder Toxic Rain guide. This is the first time I write a build guide so things might be missing. I will be actively maintaining it until 3.8 releases. I will also try to add some videos of the build once it is posted. I have been tuning this build for the past two leagues (Synthesis/Legion) and I've cleared all the regular content with it. I think its a phenomenal build because it does not require a lot of gear to get started and progresses nicely as you invest more into it.
This could be a phenomenal make because it does not require rather a little gear to obtain began and progresses nicely as you invest extra into it. As a player, I constantly liked builds that go quickly. I choose movement speed greater than move capabilities for the explanation that I definitely dislike mashing a button to move and move speed tends to produce looting so much smoother. Turns out that movement speed also makes delve and labs a cakewalk so that is that!
Here's a gem of a development that makes use of phantasms in Soulwrest for screen-wide physical damage. The majority of our remaining work is spent buffing up the astounding defenses. It excels as a newbie-friendly, cheap, straightforward method to push into red maps without having to die or dodge or target something. It is also on the list of old school inventive synergy builds, in that it doesn't depend on higher rolled stats or highly-priced gear.
This build is friendly to this league, solo-self-found viable, and comprehensive Storm Brand Inquisitor guide. It's a really strong build and I would love to hear opinions. The leveling section in this guide is meant to take players with a fresh install or in a fresh league and get them into maps and started on a powerful character. Interested readers can find gear priority, stat suggestions, mechanics explanations, and a whole bunch of links that might be useful for newer players.
This Deadeye build balances both "bow" and "summoner" aspects by attacking with Tornado Shot, Clones [from Mirror Arrow], and Sentinels to deal pure physical damage. The majority of utility skills are triggered through Asenath's Chant, while clones are automatically summoned through Maloney's Mechanism.
On a comparable currency, investment feels a lot stronger and quicker than winter orb build. Elemental Hit broken beyond belief. While you can sink a ton of Poe currency into the character, you undoubtedly mustn't. It’s an extremely muscular build with several variations, which we will go over in hopes that you too can appreciate the wonder that is undoubtedly Elemental Hit!
This summoner build is often a quickly mapping boss killer with superior defenses. The build will scale from a 5-chaos league starter to endgame boss farmer/deep delver/carry service, with far more investment. It is HC viable and operates nicely on consoles, too. Spectre summoners or are just serious about the build.
