Hello, This build with the additional repeat of Pledge of Hands your Ice Nova will cover more area per cast, but if you use Taryn's Shiver you can potentially drop Frostbolt altogether while mapping and since your damage will not scale anymore with subsequent repeats you will be less dependant on correct positioning to reach max dps. For the start of 3.10, I've decided to use something with the Ice Nova + Frostbolt combo because I had fun with it in Delirium. Since I basically skipped 3.9 I searched some guides to find out how the Ice Nova meta evolved and Hierophant seemed the to-go ascendancy for it, so I started as a Templar, following Arcinde's Hierophant Guide.
This development grew out of my frustrations with 3.10. Even though Caustic Arrow is arguable a "bow" skill, I was fairly miffed that the middle-investment Elemental Bow builds have largely gone extinct due to a heavy-handed series of adjustments from GGG. Though I hope they soften the changes in an upcoming patch, I still wanted to create a bow for more bosses capable of all content material in this league. Trickster is and probably will stay my preferred ascendancy. I wanted to again augment its underlying strengths.
In POE 3.10, This build is based around the galvanic arrow for any single target and lightning arrow for clear speed. Damage is way greater than it appears on pob because galvanic arrow hits after with the cone and after with all the arrow thus it hits twice per arrow count. To obtain the actual dps, multiply the dps number on pob fork with two.
With Explosive Arrow can snapshot the first arrow connected, so if swapping for a +3 bow for the single target can hit it once then quill rain it 4 times to stack the charges faster and the damage will be as if you stacked 5x with the +3 bow.
In POE 3.9, Burning Arrow has a new mechanic that applies an additional stacking Burning effect whenever it ignites, dealing a portion of the ignite damage. Upgrade to a Kaom's as soon as you have the strength and currency. Also, leveling with a CwDT - Immortal Call - Increased Duration setup helps increase survivability until you get gear and levels.
This build is not getting nerfed nearly as much as Eznpc Builder expected. Losing a bit of damage and minion speed, forced to reach level 21 Raise Spectre now to get our fourth Spectre, that's it. The monster armour changes shouldn't be a big deal based on our current understanding of how much armour monsters have.
Path of Exile Shrapnel Shot now comes with two additional projectiles, giving a close-range focus to the Skill. It also has added lightning damage that grows as the gem levels. Be very careful with rare enemies with reflective aura, the damage done is extreme and you can die, Eznpc Builder died one time. Do not use the cone damage to kill, just the arrow.
This Build can have a pretty good budget version, especially with ele wand and ele bow. Wand version would love that essence, only crit gloves. Eznpc Build think people would greatly appreciate a league-oriented budget version of it (5l, no vinegar, cheap wand, no rats, malis, etc.). It could be even taken to 100, but you would have to invest in different mana reservation setup, like grace + curse(s), for example. 5k life with this setup won't cut it, and character will die eventually form many reasons in maps
Poe Elemental Hit is an attack skill, executing a primary attack that deals with added damage of a random element in an area. Elemental Hit can be performed with any weapon, or with no evidence equipped. In This Build Elemental hits damage mostly scales itself, it mainly scales with gem levels, so you don't need too much % damage to explicit endgame content comfortably.
For everyone saying the build didn't get nerfed, you are wrong. We lost a 200% more multiplier because the whole league there was a bug that caused the fork to make barrage and tornado shot to hit a mob three times instead of one with each attack. The +2 to +1 tornado shot helm change kind of sucks because you could craft +1 Tornado shot helms on a budget.
This build features a reasonably tanky and well-rounded character capable of tackling all of the content this game has to offer. It uses a unique combination of Tornado Shot for map clear and 2 Siege Ballistas for single target damage, with bleed being the primary damaging mechanic.
with this build, you will be leveling with Toxic Rain as it is super smooth. After leveling, you can switch to Scourge Arrow. Important! The gems we are using for Toxic Rain leveling are not all the same as we will be using after we migrate to Scourge Arrow. Check the end of the Gem Progression section for details.
In POE 3.9, Ice Shot is having its chilled ground removed, as changes to calculations of Chill and Shock will make it much easier to apply Chill to a target equivalent to the slow that was previously granted by Chilled Ground.
This build feels really good. In Path of Exile 3.9, Scourge Arrow's base weapon damage has been lowered, but the skill now deals added Chaos Damage that grows as the gem levels. The skill was often used with builds adding elemental damage, so this change is intended to give it a greater reward to Chaos damage based builds while also improving its usability while leveling.
Before you ask for help with your characters, please consult the Starter, and Endgame PoBs for the guide. So far, most of the characters we have seen from people needing help are not following my suggested tree closely enough and dropping too many defenses or life for more damage.
Phy's conversion bowyers were once the most overplayed meta build in all of POE; pretty much every veteran of the game can recall the pre 3.0 days of Signal Shot CI instant leech build dominating the meta. Sadly, with nerfs to Vaal Pact, Vinktar, Reach of the Council, etc. this archetype has since faded into obscurity, at least in temp leagues. The ultimate guide about Phy's conversion bows that I could find hasn't updated since 3.3. This Build uses a bow with great physical flat damage and converts all of it into cold damage.
If you're looking for bow build that may be significantly larger in defense although still possessing insane harm this build achieves just that. This build guide requires you by way of what to acquire and when to acquire it, it's just about the most efficient leveling path that you can take. It can be conveniently the strongest build I have ever league started as along with the tankiest bow character I have ever played.

This is my casual take on Icicle Mines not following any guides and just using the knowledge gathered in few leagues.
