In POE 3.9, The number of Blast Rain explosions is now affected by the number of projectiles the skill fires. For quiver, there are three options: signal fire, Asphyxia, or good roll spike point quiver. While signal fire gives us more DPS in most cases against high fire-resistant mobs, Asphyxia is a better choice. Spike point, on the other hand, delivers much-needed hp at a price of slightly less damage.
In POE 3.9, Ice Shot is having its chilled ground removed, as changes to calculations of Chill and Shock will make it much easier to apply Chill to a target equivalent to the slow that was previously granted by Chilled Ground.
This build does not require a ton of gear, my current character and gear in Path of Building are to show the end game potential only! I did a much more broken down DPS explanation in the Path of Building section. I used crappy gear for 80% of my time with the build and did not struggle an ounce.
That is a build that could clear all content material (maps/shaper/lab/atziri + ubers and so forth). It has to be entertaining and engaging, not cost an extraordinary level of currency, and possess the ability to be a league starter using the capability to do all content material later on as you upgrade and invest into your character. This build, however, isn’t easily juiced a-la Big Streamer to use HH and Inspired Learning. I’ve been playing PoE for about two years now, and magic find is something I always return to once a league in various forms. This specific build I’ve geared in three different leagues and is a favorite of mine. I always run an MF character every league because I just keep coming back to the chill playstyle and the comfort that comes from running a bunch of maps at a low investment with tons of herald of ice shatters.
In POE 3.8, Most of the time you run around throwing Kinetic Blasts and it does the job. For super tough bosses you will be using a 6L Barrage in a separate chest to effectively wipe them out in seconds. Kinetic Blast has been nerfed twice. The goal of the build was to create a tanky, high dps character capable to do ALL content, and not just silly currency farming. The basic goal was to achieve at least 1 million shaper dps on KB, but eventually, I surpassed it and now sitting on 2 million KB dps as well as almost 5 million for Barrage.
In Path of Exile 3.8 league, This build is not a league starter, it is designed to push the bow character to its limits, and to pose as an alternative to PHYS bow builds. The core of this build is to shift how you look at dexterity. Instead of seeing it as some negligible buff to accuracy or evasion, or meeting requirements for your equipment, we are going to convert the attributes found on our gear to flat damage.
In POE 3.8, Scourge Arrow is a very powerful skill. Like Volatile Dead and other similar abilities, its AoE damage is powerful enough there is no need for a single target as well. With the upcoming changes to Scourge Arrow’s projectiles, there will be no more annoying clipping through doorways and hallways, leaving it up to you if you’d like to add in a Rain of Arrows secondary link for clear. This build can do all content! Though not extremely impressive in Delves 500+ with patience you could hit 600 for End Game Grinds.
For this build, there's nothing mandatory. You'll need some strength on your stuff and a bit of dexterity. Noone bothered with this weird combination, but I actually had a blast even though single target damage was complete crap. With some jewels and abyssal gear and regen in the ascendancy it became much better, yet still sucked for a single target in general. So I've been waiting for some single target help and looks like it finally arrived in 3.8!
This build is my first try to write another simple build guide and any criticism is welcome. First of all, I decided to play SSF in Blight league and beat Uber Elder for the first time on my own. Therefore the build has to be a bosskiller but doesn't suck at general map clearing, so I end up by playing a trapper once again but change from arc to ice trap instead since it is buffed massively in terms of number.

The purpose of this character is for Magic Find Only. It can do all tiers with investment, including Eldered T16s, but like most MF, struggles with bosses. You can likely kill map bosses up to T10 or so, depending on your gear. The changes to Rares having more health make things a bit risky in Red maps, but it's still definitely doable with some gear changes.
This build is the guide on Scourge Arrow Ignite Elementalist. This is a build for an Elementalist, Lightning Tendrils Cast While Channeling Arc for the clear, that can apply 50% shock to every monster in the game, even endgame bosses. The mechanics will be developed later in this guide.
Happen to be playing a glacial hammer juggernaut as a POE Blight league starter and thought it would be good to share my creations with everyone. This creates had the likelihood to play each berserker and jugg for a fair quantity of time using a glacial hammer, and each has its own pros and cons. Berserker had a way quicker clear time and was able to kill guardians significantly more quickly when on full rage stacks.
This blade vortex build is played as an assassin for the ability to chain herald of ice in Path of Exile Blight. The way this works is that the ascendancy node, deadly infusion, gives us 2% base crit on our herald of ice when we are at max power charges. This is significant because herald of ice has a base crit of 0% usually, now this pared with +3% base crit shaper helmet means that our herald of ice has a 100% chance to crit against enemies on a full life. Blade vortex offers a decent single target to kill even T16 bosses.
In Path of Exile 3.8, Lightning Arrow was always a popular choice for leveling, but rarely was it used in the end-game. I kind of fell in love with LA during my Kinetic Blast leveling process and decided I am gonna min-max it and push through Uber Elder and all content to see where "borders" are. This build does not struggle anywhere and just breezes through all content including Uber Elder and such.
This develop is actually a Claw & Shield based Frost Blades develop in Path of Exile Blight. It utilizes a fast clear speed, high mobility, high evasion, and high damage to clear all the available content. This isn't a tanky AFK make. It requires a certain amount of skill in order to clear the hardest content.
