In POE 3.8 league, This build is like any attack hit. It's pretty low damage since it's only 50-72.8 of base damage. Lasts 1 second by default and does chaos damage over time. However! , it can be scaled with Increased Duration and Skill Effect Duration, as well as Concentrated Effect and a lot of different gems like Swift Affliction and Efficacy. This build is played storm brand in many ways. Life, CI, LL. I hate totems so I've stayed away from Hiero to get a lengthy time, but brands are less boring so here we're. Earthquake JUGG is one of the most Iconic builds in Path of Exile history. The nerfs hit the damage and AOE too hard of the cause, but it is still end-game viable, In Poe 3.7 17% Juggernaut Players Choose this Gems for Main Skill.
The changes to Occultist in 3.7 hurt the high amount of Energy Shield we were able to obtain. Those changes bring the build down from over 9k ES to ~7.5k ES. Damage remains about the same or slightly lower with the first pass at the posted PoB which may be tweaked later as the league officially starts.
On a comparable currency, investment feels a lot stronger and quicker than winter orb build. Elemental Hit broken beyond belief. While you can sink a ton of Poe currency into the character, you undoubtedly mustn't.
